Homemade Kite And Home Made Kites
| There is almost nothing better and more fun than to make
a homemade kite on a cold rainy day, this is a great
exercise for children of all ages, even adults can get a
kick out of seeing their homemade kite fly high in the sky.
Making a kite will help teach children some basic
construction skills, help them develop some real working
with their hands experience as opposed to watch and playing
video games. |

| A kite can be made out of many household parts such as
paper, plastic bags, string or twine, tape etc. The most
difficult item to find maybe the light weight wooden dowels
used for the spines, you may need to go to a craft shop to
find these, but consider other light weight sticks or rods
that you may have around the house. If you make you
homemade kite out of plain paper you may want to use some
paint to color it, the tail or the wooden dowels n the spine
of the kite. |
